Public Offer for Services

1. General Provisions

1.1. This document is a public offer (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer") by Individual Entrepreneur Anton Vladimirovich Kochenevsky (hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor") for the conclusion of a service agreement on the terms set forth below.

1.2. In accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, in case of acceptance of the conditions set forth below, the person accepting this offer becomes the Customer.

1.3. Acceptance of this offer is the Customer's action to pay for a subscription on the Site.

1.4. Use of the Site's services means full and unconditional acceptance by the Customer of the terms of this Offer.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Contractor undertakes to provide the Customer with access to the Semantica AI platform for tracking brand visibility in AI network responses, and the Customer undertakes to pay for the Contractor's services in the manner and on the terms established by this Offer.

2.2. The Semantica AI platform provides the following capabilities:

  • Tracking brand mentions in AI network responses (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, YandexGPT)
  • Competitor position analysis
  • Detailed visibility analytics
  • Visibility dynamics comparison over time
  • Scan history and reports

3. Tariffs and Service Costs

3.1. The cost of services is determined in accordance with the selected tariff plan:

Basic Plan:

• Cost: 40,000 (forty thousand) rubles per month

• Number of projects: 1 project

• Auto-renewal: yes

Advanced Plan:

• Cost: 80,000 (eighty thousand) rubles per month

• Number of projects: up to 5 projects

• Auto-renewal: yes

3.2. All prices are indicated in Russian rubles, including VAT (when using the simplified tax system "income", VAT is not subject to taxation).

3.3. The Contractor reserves the right to change the cost of services. Changes come into effect from the moment of publication on the Site. For active subscriptions, changes apply from the beginning of the next subscription period.

4. Ordering and Payment Procedure

4.1. To gain access to services, the Customer must:

  • Register on the Site
  • Select a tariff plan
  • Pay for the selected tariff

4.2. Payment for services is made by the following methods:

  • Bank card through the Tochka Bank payment gateway
  • By invoice for legal entities (non-cash payment)

4.3. The subscription is activated automatically after successful payment.

4.4. The subscription is automatically renewed for the next period if the Customer has not canceled it before the end of the current period.

5. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

5.1. The Contractor undertakes to:

  • 5.1.1. Provide the Customer with access to the Semantica AI platform functionality in accordance with the selected tariff plan.
  • 5.1.2. Ensure platform operability for 99% of the time (except for scheduled technical work).
  • 5.1.3. Ensure confidentiality of Customer data.
  • 5.1.4. Provide technical support to the Customer.

5.2. The Customer undertakes to:

  • 5.2.1. Provide accurate information during registration.
  • 5.2.2. Pay for services on time in accordance with the selected tariff plan.
  • 5.2.3. Not transfer account access to third parties.
  • 5.2.4. Not use the platform for illegal purposes.
  • 5.2.5. Comply with the platform usage terms.

5.3. The Customer has the right to:

  • 5.3.1. Use all platform features in accordance with the selected tariff plan.
  • 5.3.2. Cancel the subscription at any time.
  • 5.3.3. Receive technical support.
  • 5.3.4. Request a refund in cases provided for by this Offer.

5.4. The Contractor has the right to:

  • 5.4.1. View scan results, customer account settings, prompts and other Customer data for the purposes of providing technical support, quality control of services and preventing violations.
  • 5.4.2. Use anonymized scan data to improve platform quality and conduct analytical research.
  • 5.4.3. Suspend or terminate the Customer's access to the platform in case of violation of the terms of this Offer.

6. Refund

6.1. The Customer has the right to a refund in the following cases:

  • If the service was not provided due to the Contractor's fault
  • If a refund is requested within 14 days of payment and the service has not been used

6.2. To request a refund, the Customer must send a request to email: mail@ai-semantica.com indicating:

  • Subscription number
  • Reason for refund
  • Refund details

6.3. Refunds are made within 5 business days from the receipt of the request to the same payment method used for payment.

6.4. Refunds are not made if:

  • The service was fully provided
  • More than 14 days have passed since payment
  • The refund is requested for reasons unrelated to service quality

7. Liability of the Parties

7.1. The Contractor is not liable for:

  • Inability to use the platform due to reasons beyond the Contractor's control
  • Loss of Customer data due to actions of third parties
  • Damage caused to the Customer due to improper use of the platform

7.2. The Contractor is liable for the quality of services provided within the cost of the paid subscription.

7.3. The Customer is liable for the accuracy of the information provided and for actions performed using their account.

8. Subscription Cancellation

8.1. The Customer may cancel the subscription at any time through the personal account on the Site or by sending a request to email: mail@ai-semantica.com

8.2. When canceling the subscription, access to services remains until the end of the paid period.

8.3. After the end of the paid period, access to services is terminated, Customer data is stored for 90 days.

9. Confidentiality

9.1. The Contractor undertakes not to disclose the Customer's personal data to third parties, except in cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

9.2. Processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy posted on the Site.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1. All disputes and disagreements are resolved through negotiations.

10.2. If disputes cannot be resolved through negotiations, they are subject to consideration in court at the location of the Contractor.

11. Final Provisions

11.1. This Offer comes into effect from the moment of posting on the Site and remains in effect until revoked by the Contractor.

11.2. The Contractor reserves the right to change the terms of this Offer. Changes come into effect from the moment of publication on the Site.

11.3. All changes are communicated to Customers by posting on the Site or sending a notification by email.

11.4. If any provision of this Offer is declared invalid, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
